PHILOSOPHY
Our vision is to raise the bar in the natural world by producing products that are innovative and deliver a high degree of consumer satisfaction in all areas including aroma, application, texture, ingredients and design. We carefully research, analyze and select ingredients that are naturally derived and offer multiple benefits above the traditional purpose of an ingredient. Instead of an oil, we may use safflower oleosomes which hydrate like an oil but they also emulsify a product and fuel skin with additional antioxidants. This is a simple example on how one ingredient can offer many benefits and why we carefully select and review everything that is put into our products.
We also avoid controversial ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, propylene glycol, mineral oil and only use scientifically source ingredients that are proven beneficial and required to make a product safe. We avoid many ingredients, including:
- propylene glycol
- mineral oil, vaseline
- artificial colors
- synthetic fragrances
- parabens
- sulfates / harsh cleansers
- known plant irritants
- pore clogging oils
- PEGs
- DEA, TEA, MEA
- pthlates
- and much more.
