How do I return an item?
We're happy to accept returns for any unused and unopened products purchased at this site within 45 days of your purchase date. We regret that we cannot refund original shipping costs. Web Site Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Simple return instructions:
1. Call first to expedite return and refund. Toll-free number 888-845-8778
2. Place unused and unopened products in original packaging and mailing box.
3. Include packing slip with package. We cannot refund any product without the packing slip/invoice.
